If you have found yourself here, perhaps there is a part of you that is ready for something to shift. Maybe you are just beginning your healing journey, or perhaps you have been on this path for a long time and are ready to go a little deeper.
Wherever you are, perhaps I can be of service.
I have been a lifelong seeker of truth, healing, and a deeper connection with Self. Through my own journey, both personally and professionally, I have come to understand that healing is not so much about becoming someone different, but about finding our way back to ourselves.
Life can pull us away from that connection. Pain, trauma, relationships, expectations, and the ways we learned to survive can slowly disconnect us from what we feel, what we need, and who we know ourselves to be. Sometimes we become so accustomed to protecting ourselves that we no longer recognize the ways those protections may also be keeping us stuck, isolated, or in pain.
Healing asks us to gently turn toward ourselves again.
In our work together, I offer a safe, grounded, and compassionate space for you to do that. We will slow things down and become curious about what is happening beneath the surface—not only in your thoughts, but in your emotions, your patterns, your relationships, and your body.
Together, we can explore the beliefs, defenses, wounds, and old ways of being that once helped you survive but may no longer serve you. We will also discover and strengthen the resources within you that can help you feel safer and more grounded when old wounds are activated.
I believe healing happens at its own pace. I will follow your lead, honor where you are, and support you in moving through this process in a way that feels safe and manageable. There is no need to force healing. Sometimes the deepest work happens when we finally have enough safety to simply be with what is already there.
I see my role as walking beside you for a time—holding space, offering support, and helping you listen more deeply to yourself until you are increasingly able to hold, trust, and support yourself.
Ultimately, the work is about coming home to yourself. And from that place, there can be more room for peace. More room for joy. More freedom. More choice. And a deeper sense of connection to yourself and to the life you want to live.
If something in you feels ready to begin—or continue—this journey, I invite you to reach out.
My professional training has been shaped by the same curiosity about healing, consciousness, and the mind-body connection that has guided much of my own life.
I graduated from JFK University in 2003 with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, specializing in Transpersonal Psychology. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California (LMFT #47725).
I am a Certified Master Hypnotherapist and am certified in Alchemical Hypnotherapy, an approach that incorporates parts type work.
I completed a year-long, multi-certification program at Heartwood Institute that included extensive somatic training, breathwork, and birth trauma.
For more than 30 years, I have studied and practiced a variety of healing modalities. Today, my work is primarily somatic because I believe healing involves more than understanding our experiences with our minds. Our bodies carry our stories, our protections, our fear, our grief, and also an incredible capacity for wisdom and healing. Learning to listen to the body can help us reconnect with parts of ourselves that words alone may not always reach.
I have been studying and utilizing the Enneagram since 2002. I completed the Enneagram Practitioner Certification Program through The Narrative Enneagram. I have found the Enneagram to be a powerful tool for understanding ourselves with greater compassion. It can illuminate our core beliefs, defenses, habitual patterns, and the ways we learned to move through the world—not so that we can put ourselves into a box, but so that we can begin to step out of one.

I work with individuals, couples, and families. I also facilitate groups and offer psychoeducational classes.
Healing is not always easy. There may be moments when the work asks you to turn toward parts of yourself that you have spent a long time avoiding, protecting, or simply trying to survive. You do not have to do that alone. I will be there to support you through the difficult places—and I will also be there to witness and celebrate the moments when something begins to shift, when you feel lighter, more connected to yourself, and liberated.
There is no single way to heal, because there is no one else quite like you.
My approach is therefore integrative and deeply individualized. Mindfulness, Breathwork, and Somatic practices are at the foundation of much of what I do. My work is also informed by Object Relations, Gestalt and Rogerian approaches, as well as the Enneagram. Depending on what feels helpful and appropriate for you, I may incorporate Jungian psychology and dreamwork, guided hypnotherapy, DBT, Nonviolent Communication (NVC), Motivational Interviewing, and other therapeutic approaches.
I do not believe in trying to fit people into a particular therapeutic model. Instead, we will discover together what helps you feel safer, more connected, and more able to access your own inner wisdom.
An important part of our work may be exploring the voice of the inner critic—or what is sometimes called the superego. For many of us, this voice developed very early and can become so familiar that we mistake it for our own truth. Together, we can begin to understand where that voice came from, how it has shaped your life, and how to loosen its hold so that you can hear something deeper: your own authentic voice.
My foundation is holistic and transpersonal, honoring the connection between mind, body, emotions, relationships, culture, and spirit. For those who desire it, spirituality can also have a place in our work.
Over the years, I have worked with people navigating trauma, addiction, personality disorders, adoption, cultural and racial trauma, persistent pain, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, identity, and significant life transitions.
I welcome people who are transgender, gender-nonconforming, LGBTQIA+.. I can provide assessment and letters in support of gender-affirming care, when clinically appropriate.
I am of mixed heritage, and my own cultural experiences, along with time I have spent living within Indigenous American communities, have influenced the way I understand healing and identity.
I believe culture matters. Our stories do not develop in isolation. Family, ancestry, race, ethnicity, gender, community, spirituality, belonging, and the cultures we were raised within can all shape how we understand ourselves and move through the world.
Diversity takes many forms, and your individual history will be honored. When it is meaningful to you, we will make room for culture, identity, ancestry, and belonging as part of your healing story.
Most importantly, I hope to offer a space where you do not have to leave parts of yourself at the door.
I look forward to meeting you and, perhaps, walking beside you for a part of your journey toward greater freedom.
For those who live outside of California, I offer several services focused on personal exploration and growth, including:
Enneagram Typing Interviews
A deeper exploration of your Enneagram type, underlying motivations, patterns, defenses, and opportunities for growth.
Past Life Regressions
A guided experience for those who are curious about exploring past-life imagery and experiences as a tool for personal reflection and growth.
These services are not psychotherapy. They do not include diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions and are offered solely for personal growth and exploration.
Healing and growth do not always have to happen within four walls.
I also organize and lead personal growth retreats, continuing education experiences, and travel adventures for therapists and fellow seekers. These journeys take us to extraordinary places—often a little off the beaten path—where we have opportunities to learn, connect with local cultures and communities, give back through humanitarian experiences, and step outside the familiar.
There is something powerful about leaving our everyday surroundings and experiencing ourselves in a completely different part of the world. These journeys are created to offer meaningful connection, adventure, reflection, learning, and experiences that may stay with you for a lifetime.
Some experiences include continuing education opportunities for mental health professionals. Retreats, trainings, and travel experiences are not psychotherapy.

My private-pay fee is $150 for a 45-minute session, with a limited sliding scale available. I do not bill insurance directly through my private practice, but I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
I am also contracted with Rula and Headway Telehealth. I am credentialed with several insurance plans through those platforms. You can visit Rula to determine whether your insurance is accepted.
If you have questions about working together, payment, insurance, or whether I may be a good fit for what you are looking for, please reach out.
If you feel something within you saying that it may be time to begin or continue to healing journey, I would be honored to meet you and explore what this next part of your journey might hold.

Therapy is about the relationship. I offer an initial free 30 minute telephone consultation to determine whether we are a good match. Please bring your questions, concerns, hopes and fears. It is all welcome.
